Senior Product Operations Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) and become the definitive technical authority for our Informatica Product Operations Portfolio. In this role, you will focus on deep architectural execution, technical leadership, and intelligent engineering excellence. You will own the foundational data structures and platform strategies that power our enterprise, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem operates as a highly scalable and unified single source of truth. Your core focus will be modernizing our ecosystem by embedding AI-driven automation into deployment pipelines and architecting predictive, AI-powered monitoring and alerting frameworks.

• Architect and optimize modern, automated deployment pipelines infused with AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI tools into the CI/CD pipeline to automate static code analysis, predict deployment impacts, and perform automated validation testing.
• Design and implement comprehensive observability frameworks using tools such as Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, and implement AI/ML-driven anomaly detection.
• Strong background in enterprise monitoring and AI-driven anomaly detection tools
• Systems-thinking mindset with a passion for building proactive, self-healing infrastructure that scales with business growth
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural tradeoffs and AI-driven telemetry insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical infrastructure autonomously as an elite Individual Contributor
• Proven experience embedding AI/ML utilities into deployment pipelines (e.g., AI-augmented testing, automated code review) and managing complex branching strategies
• 8+ years of deep technical experience in Enterprise Architecture, DevOps Engineering, or Informatica Engineering, operating at a Staff, Principal, or SMTS level
