Product Management Director (AgentExchange Partner Platform)

Join Salesforce as the Director of Product Management for the AgentExchange Partner Platform. In this role, you will shape the capabilities that enable partners to succeed at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to monetization and lifecycle management. You will define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform, and lead a team of Product Managers. This position requires 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.

• 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of platform business models, ecosystem strategy, and marketplace operations
• Proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of the core product management workflow — customer research, rapid prototyping, drafting product briefs and PRDs, synthesizing feedback, and accelerating delivery
• Experience leading and developing Product Management teams (this role starts with 0-1 PMs)
• Experience with APIs, platform extensibility, identity, security, or governance
• Experience building products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators
• A related technical degree
