Product Manager (Emerging Technology)

Join Salesforce as a Product Manager in the Emerging Technology team. In this role, you will tackle complex problems, drive rapid prototyping and experimentation, conduct customer research, and collaborate across various teams to deliver production-ready MVPs. • Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, while collaborating with senior PMs.
• Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate concepts through data, customer feedback, and scrappy testing.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and user stories that engineering and design teams can act on.
• AI-native skills: You use AI as a daily force multiplier, with hands-on experience in tools like Claude Code and/or Cursor to draft specs, analyze data, and prototype solutions
• Communication and collaboration: You work effectively across product, design, engineering, and operations, and can adapt your communication style to diverse, cross-functional audiences
• 3–5 years of product management experience in an enterprise or startup environment
• Builder and execution mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, prototype early, and can turn a rough direction into a plan teams can run with — even in matrixed, resource-constrained environments
• Customer focus and execution: You gather, synthesize, and act on user insights to inform decisions, and translate that understanding into requirements teams can ship
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical discipline
• Prior experience on a 0-to-1 or innovation team
• Experience with LLMs and a working understanding of how to push and evaluate their output
