About The Role
Join Salesforce as a Technical Product Marketing Director, where you will define MuleSoft's portfolio narrative and drive its activation across the full product marketing lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and sales teams to build a market-leading narrative on the connected foundation for multi-agent architectures and enterprise-grade AI. Your responsibilities will include narrative ownership, unified data strategy, AI-first portfolio GTM, technical architecture storytelling, sales enablement, analyst relations, and executive engagement.

- Credible technical fluency with relevant topics such as integration, APIs, enterprise architecture, and microservices design
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, or executive content development in enterprise software
- Proven track record of crafting mainstage keynote narratives and partnering directly with senior leadership (SVP and C-level executives)
- Excellent tactical execution and writing skills across diverse formats (keynote scripts, executive briefs, blogs, and customer-facing decks) with the ability to deal with ambiguity and meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, open protocols including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Prior experience in the AI, integration, iPaaS, data management, or API management space
- Prior background as a developer, solutions architect, sales engineer, or product manager that has been translated into a marketing career
- Demonstrated ability to engage and market effectively to both developer communities and business line-of-business audiences
