About The Role

Join our Global Recruiting Optimization team as a Recruiting Operations Manager. In this strategic role, you will drive operational excellence across our global recruiting organization, serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting operations, and lead process improvement initiatives. You will also optimize our recruiting technology stack, analyze data for insights, support recruiting programs and technology implementations, manage resource and knowledge documentation, and partner with Recruiting Enablement for event logistics.

Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams, representing the recruiting function in large-scale projects.
Own and continuously improve components of the recruiting technology stack by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership with systems teams.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification, leveraging insights to design streamlined workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring high-level recruiting knowledge, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes at scale
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills; able to synthesize and connect large volumes of information
Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; able to operate as an SME
Experience supporting large-scale tech or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups
Skilled in stakeholder influence and driving alignment in cross-functional environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and develop recommendations
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Smartsheet
5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
Experience with recruiting technologies such as Workday, GoodTime, HackerRank, or equivalent platforms
Background in process optimization or systems thinking
Experience working in global and matrixed organizations
M&A background
Ability to operate autonomously and balance strategic priorities with tactical execution
