• Analyzing large-scale Salesforce datasets to identify trends and deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Designing and maintaining sophisticated Tableau dashboards to provide clarity on business health and operational performance.
• Building and managing connections between Salesforce systems and tools like Snowflake to ensure automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.
• 3–5+ years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets to drive operational impact and strategic initiatives
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., connecting Snowflake or similar systems of record) to support automated, accurate, and scalable reporting
• Strong data storytelling skills — the ability to translate technical findings and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
• Advanced Tableau skills, with a demonstrated ability to design complex dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible for both employees and senior executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate data aggregation, analysis, and reporting workflows
• Proficiency in Salesforce products and data architecture, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience preparing and delivering high-stakes presentations to senior leadership under tight deadlines
• Professional certification(s) in Data Visualization or Data Analytics
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly — you adapt without losing momentum
• A track record of partnering across diverse teams to champion data integrity and usability at scale
