Senior Director of Data & AI Product Management (Data 360)

Join Salesforce as a Senior Director of Data & AI Product Management. In this role, you will lead key feature areas of the Data 360 team, helping to scale our $1B+ product business and shape the future of enterprise data innovation. You will own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, develop and maintain a product strategy, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality features. This position requires a strong background in product management, data and AI products, and experience with the Salesforce Platform.

• Own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, from market analysis and requirements definition through release planning and adoption.
• Develop and maintain a product strategy for your area of ownership that aligns with overall product direction, and own the detailed product roadmap for your feature areas.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and other product teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.
• You have 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery
• You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives
• You have direct experience working with data and AI products
• You can define and execute product roadmaps, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable designs
• You bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
• A related technical degree required
• You have experience working with customers and global teams
• You are familiar with the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products
• You have experience with enterprise SaaS product management, especially in data platforms or AI/Machine Learning (ML) products
