About The Role
Join Salesforce, the Customer Company, as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for Sales Cloud. In this high-impact role, you will drive commercial and product strategy, own key operational workstreams, and operate at the highest levels of the organization. You will be responsible for the operational cadence of the Sales Cloud product organization, executive communications and business reviews, go-to-market strategy and commercial execution, and leading strategic initiatives. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires a strong command of both quantitative and qualitative analysis, proven leadership in strategic and operational initiatives, and exceptional executive presence and presentation skills.
- Own the operational cadence for the Sales Cloud product organization, including GM staff meetings, PM reviews, V2MOM review cycles, and leadership off-sites.
- Lead Sales Cloud's V2MOM program, track measures, manage review cadences, and drive accountability across pod and product lines.
- Partner with Distribution, Pricing & Packaging, Finance, and Product Marketing to operationalize product launches and promotional frameworks.

- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Strong command of both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decisions
- Proven track record leading strategic and operational initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
- 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations roles
- Experience supporting executive GTM or product strategy in a fast-moving AI or SaaS environment
- Strong cross-functional influencing skills without direct authority across Distribution, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Product
- Comfort operating in a "startup within a big company" context — navigating rapid portfolio changes, evolving product naming, and new GTM motions simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
- Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills — you make hard things look easy
- Self-starter with high drive, positive energy, and resilience under pressure
