Senior Manager of Partner Solutions Engineering

Join Salesforce as a Senior Manager of Partner Solutions Engineering, where you'll drive the technology strategy for our most strategic partnerships, including hyperscalers and AI labs. In this highly strategic builder role, you'll define integration strategy, shape joint technical roadmaps, and architect co-innovation initiatives. You'll work closely with various teams to transform partnership strategy into customer value and serve as a trusted technical advisor to Salesforce executives and partner engineering organizations.

• 5-8+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise architecture, technical partnerships, or a closely related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), APIs, MCP and agent interoperability, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data platforms
• Deep understanding of the AI and cloud ecosystem, including major hyperscalers, AI platforms, enterprise integration patterns, and evolving market dynamics
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills with experience engaging senior technical and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling technical solutions in enterprise software, cloud, or AI
• Passion for emerging AI technologies with a demonstrated curiosity for new models, protocols, and developer ecosystems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, independently drive initiatives, and create structure where none exists
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and long-term platform strategy
• Experience working with or alongside hyperscalers, AI model providers, or leading enterprise software platforms
• Background in partner engineering, solutions architecture, technical product management, or technical pre-sales
• Experience designing AI platform integrations or driving adoption of cloud and AI services through technical partnerships
• Familiarity with agent ecosystems, interoperability standards (such as MCP), enterprise data governance, and modern AI application architectures
