• Lead and manage teams of engineers in the development of the Agentforce authoring platform, ensuring high standards for engineering craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and platform engineering to define product strategy and roadmap for the agent creation experience.
• Set technical direction for complex software systems and elevate the team's execution through ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• 5+ years managing engineering teams, including experience leading multiple teams or managing managers
• Ability to hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent while fostering a team culture of ownership and craft
• Track record of strong execution with a willingness to dive into the details when it matters
• Deep technical background in full-stack product engineering, with an eye for both system design and user experience
• Experience collaborating across product, design, and engineering functions to ship enterprise software
