Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

Join Informatica as a Senior Product Designer (Design Systems) and shape the visual foundation of our cloud data management products. You will drive the evolution of our dedicated design system, deliver high-quality visual assets, and partner with UX product designers, visual design leads, and UI engineers. This role requires 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise web products, strong visual design skills, and fluency in AI-assisted design workflows.

• Drive the evolution of the dedicated design system for Informatica products by delivering high-quality visual assets.
• Partner with UX product designers, visual design leads, and UI engineers to validate, scale, and ship design solutions.
• Champion design standards across product teams through design reviews, constructive feedback, and implementation support.
• You have 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise web products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft, component-level thinking, and design system contribution
• You bring system-level thinking and deep knowledge of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design — and can articulate those decisions clearly in component guidelines and specs
• Strong visual design skills and a design related degree required
• Understanding of component design, design tokens, and how design systems scale across teams
• You are fluent in AI-assisted design workflows and understand how tools like Figma and generative AI can accelerate design system work
• You have hands-on experience with Figma Make, Claude, or similar AI prototyping tools
• You have working knowledge of web and mobile and can bridge the gap between design specs and front-end implementation
• You have experience writing or governing component usage documentation at scale
• You bring a user-centered design perspective that considers the full range of users, including those with accessibility needs
