Senior Product Designer (Commerce Cloud)

• Defining the future of agentic merchandising in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, reimagining how merchandisers work alongside AI.
• Driving initiatives that reduce platform complexity and cost to serve through simpler, more scalable design solutions.
• Communicating User Experience (UX) vision clearly and compellingly to a wide range of stakeholders, from Product and Engineering to executive leadership.
• You have 4–7 years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, from discovery through launch
• A related technical degree required
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment and can balance strong design craft with short delivery timelines
• You have an exceptional design craft — a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and interaction design, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect work that raises the bar for the team
• You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods and experience contributing to design systems
• You have experience designing AI-powered, agentic, or automation-driven experiences
• You have a background in commerce, e-commerce, Point of Sales, Order Management, Payment Processing, ERP, WMS, or merchandising products
