SMB Account Executive (Agentforce & Data Cloud)

Join our team as a Cloud Account Executive, where you will drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships for our Agentforce and Data Cloud products. Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our solutions can address their business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and highlight how our solutions align with their long-term strategic objectives.

• Identifying and engaging potential customers for Agentforce and Data Cloud products, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Crafting tailored solutions that resonate with clients, leading comprehensive discovery conversations, and presenting compelling Points of View.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.
• We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in highly technical sales with emerging B2B technologies
• Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment
• Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
• Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer experience, work experience, etc.)
• Ability to craft a point of view and build credibility as a ‘Trusted Adviser’ with your customers
• Experience leading and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts
• 2-5 years of full cycle B2B Tech Sales experience. Experience selling to the SMB customer segment is a plus
• Experience with AI technologies and Cloud Data Platforms
• Experience selling to the C-suite
