Technical Recruiter (AI & Strategic Builder Hiring, 6 Month Contract)

Join our high-growth Agentforce and AI organization as a Technical Recruiter. In this 6-month contract role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for senior customer-facing technical leaders across various domains. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of recruiting experience, a strong understanding of enterprise technology, and experience hiring senior technical advisors.

• Identifying, engaging, and hiring senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains.
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
• Partnering closely with hiring leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI solutions.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred
• Ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week
• Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities
• 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions
• Experience hiring senior technical advisors who engage directly with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or professional services organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies, or adjacent enterprise platforms
