• Attract and engage candidates from various channels, conducting deep assessments to ensure high-quality talent.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships, enriching talent pools within the CRM for long-term engagement.
• Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, ensuring a smooth transition through the hiring process.
• Passion for sourcing strategies, tools, and innovative approaches to attracting talent
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing Software Engineers, with a focus on Distributed Systems, Backend AI/ML Infrastructure, and Full-Stack Engineering talent
• Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments
• Natural curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to translate insights into deep, competency-based assessments of talent
