About The Role

Join Salesforce as a Workforce Intelligence Lead, where you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce analytics, focusing on HR domains such as talent growth and development, organizational health, and employee experience. You will conduct substantive workforce analysis, evolve and maintain Tableau products, apply user-centered design principles to data, and collaborate cross-functionally. This high-impact role requires a strong background in people/workforce analytics, technical expertise in SQL and Tableau, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience: 5+ years in people/workforce analytics with a proven track record of delivering insights to senior leaders. Exceptional executive presence, skilled at presenting complex data and fielding difficult questions
  • AI & Design Mindset: Curiosity about applying generative AI and agentic technologies to workforce intelligence workflows
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, I/O Psychology)
  • Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication, crafting compelling, data-driven narratives that persuade and move senior leaders to action with a clear “so what?”
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and HR data modeling. Proven ability to lead the full analytical product lifecycle, delivering integrated data solutions and actionable visualizations. Exposure to predictive analytics or AI-enabled analytics preferred
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to operate with moderate autonomy, handling day-to-day projects independently while seeking guidance for high-level strategy and prioritization
  • Analytical & Statistical Rigor: Proven ability to conduct sophisticated analyses, test hypotheses, and quantify business impact. Experience in communicating statistical concepts to non-technical audiences, with a preference for experience in predictive modeling and experimentation
