Artist Care Representative (English speaker, Internship)

Join Singulart, a fast-growing art marketplace, as an Artist Care Representative. In this internship role, you will be the first point of contact for artists, providing fast and high-quality support. You will manage incoming requests, provide empathetic and solution-oriented answers, and help improve internal processes. Fluency in English is required, and previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus.

• Gérer les demandes des artistes via le système de billetterie et assurer un support rapide et de qualité.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de réussite des artistes et les parties prenantes internes pour résoudre les cas complexes.
• Identifier et partager les problèmes récurrents, les points de friction ou les opportunités d'amélioration avec les équipes concernées.
• **Fluency in English** (our working language). Another language is a plus.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent **communication skills** (spoken and written)
