Customer Care Representative (Internship) - French speaker

Join Singulart, a fast-growing SaaS-enabled marketplace dedicated to empowering fine artists. As a Customer Care Representative intern, you will manage post-sale communication with clients, provide regular updates, and work closely with Sales and Logistics teams. Fluency in English and French is required, and a strong interest in art and luxury sectors is preferred.

• Gérer toute la communication post-vente avec les clients et assurer un suivi proactif.
• Appliquer le bon ton de voix dans chaque situation, en répondant aux émotions des clients avec empathie et professionnalisme.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente et de logistique pour anticiper les problèmes et créer une expérience fluide.
• **Fluency in English** **and French expected**, additional language(s) are a strong plus: Spanish and/or Italian
• You have a taste for customer relations
