Logistics Manager (FR speaker, Internship) W/M/D

Join Singulart as a Logistics Manager and play a key role in organizing and managing the shipping of artworks from our artists to customers worldwide. You will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with artists, and solve logistical issues that arise. This internship is ideal for individuals with a passion for art and a background in international logistics management. Fluency in French and English is required.

• Gérer les expéditions d'œuvres d'art des artistes aux clients.
• Assurer la satisfaction des artistes sur la plateforme en les guidant tout au long du processus d'expédition.
• Identifier le meilleur partenaire d'expédition et préparer les documents d'exportation appropriés.

**What we are looking for**

• **Native or full fluency in FRENCH and English**
• You have at least a **first experience in international logistics management**
• Must be able to multitask, be highly organized and comfortable working with strict deadlines
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner - by email as well as over the phone
• Identify customer needs and go beyond what is expected to ensure client happiness
