Analyst - Securitization

Join our team as an Analyst in Securitization. In this role, you will participate in the execution and management of existing transactions, as well as aid in the implementation process of new transactions. You will prepare credit analysis, participate in the structuring and execution process, monitor key transaction performance trends, and prepare presentations for clients. Strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders is required. The salary range for this position is $100k-$120k.

• Participate in the execution and management of existing transactions, and aid in the implementation process of new transactions funded in the Asset Backed Commercial Paper conduit and bank's balance sheet.
• Prepare credit analysis including financial modelling of underlying portfolio performance and coordinate the credit process with the credit department.
• Participate in the structuring and execution process of existing securitization transactions and with new transactions, and negotiate key terms with external parties.
