Associate, Corporate Loan Origination

Join our team as an Associate in Corporate Loan Origination. In this role, you will originate, structure, and execute corporate financing transactions in the loan markets. You will analyze the creditworthiness of potential borrowers, identify financing solutions for clients, and prepare various documents and presentations. You will also negotiate term sheets and credit documents, assist in syndication strategies, and supervise junior staff. The salary range for this position is $120k-$140k.

• Originate, structure, and execute corporate financing transactions in the loan markets, analyzing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Identify financing solutions for clients across debt capital markets, with an emphasis on loan syndications.
• Prepare capital structure assessments, oversee the preparation of pitch books and market updates for clients, and negotiate the execution of term sheets.
