Associate - Project Finance Americas Syndicate (primarily LATAM)

Join our team as an Associate in Project Finance Americas Syndicate, primarily focusing on Latin America. You will support senior Syndicate members in originating, pricing, structuring, distributing, and executing finance transactions in the Project Finance Americas loan market. Your responsibilities will include producing loan offers, preparing capital structure assessments, creating marketing materials, developing syndication strategies, and maintaining relationships with investors. You will also work closely with various teams to manage and execute secondary and asset rotation, negotiate credit agreements, and assist in investor due diligence.

• Support senior Syndicate in originating, pricing, structuring, distributing, and executing finance transactions in the Project Finance Americas loan market.
• Produce loan offers, pitches, and term sheets, and prepare capital structure assessments, pitch books, and market updates for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors active in Project Finance, and provide full support to the Sales/Secondary Sales and Trading team.
