Associate/VP on the US ABS and USPP

Join the US Debt Syndicate team as an Associate/VP, where you will work closely with the Head of US ABS and USPP on structured and corporate private placements, as well as US ABS. You will be responsible for transaction execution, syndication strategies, investor feedback, and marketing activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication across multiple teams. The salary range for this position is $150-225k.

• Collaborate with the Debt Syndicate team and international banking teams to support US private placement and ABS transactions from pitching to execution.
• Cover all areas of transaction execution, including pre-marketing, marketing, allocation, and pricing, while liaising with the US Credit Sales team to gather investor feedback.
• Develop and expand relationships with key investor accounts and market participants, and participate in activities related to team preparation for industry conferences.
