Compliance Officer H/F

Join Credit Agricole CIB Spain as a Compliance Officer. You will support the compliance department in various tasks, including assisting with the Compliance Annual Control Plan, monitoring Global Markets Division activity, supporting local and HO projects, managing mandatory e-learning follow-up, and handling transaction filtering alert management. You will also support the issuance of FS opinions on clients, follow up on external and internal audits, and assist with GDPR matters. To be eligible for this position, you must be under 28 years old, hold a Master's degree, and be a EU citizen (excluding Spanish).

• Assister et réaliser des contrôles liés aux problèmes de LBC, de sanctions, d'activités sur les marchés de capitaux, de RGPD, de conflits d'intérêts, de fraude et de corruption.
• Surveiller l'activité de la division des marchés mondiaux (contrôles de marge, HRR).
• Participer à la gestion des alertes de filtrage des transactions et au traitement des alertes sur la LBC.
