Cybersecurity Incident Response Team Lead - Vice President

Join our team as the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team Lead - Vice President. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive security operations strategy, overseeing incident response and threat intelligence programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the Americas Cyber Security Incident Response Team, optimize security processes and technologies, and represent the bank during regulatory examinations and audits. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performing security operations team. The salary range for this position is $150k-$185k.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security operations strategy aligned with the bank's risk appetite and business objectives.
• Direct and manage the Americas Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to ensure timely monitoring, detection, and response to threats.
• Ensure adherence to cyber risk management regulations, including FFIEC and other applicable laws, and represent the bank during regulatory examinations and audits.
