Director and Counsel - Head of Regulatory Legal U.S.

Join Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) as the Head of Regulatory Legal U.S. In this role, you will lead regulatory coverage of CACIB's activities in the United States, manage a team of attorneys, and coordinate with the head office and other regional hubs. You will be responsible for advising management and business lines on U.S. laws and regulations, conducting legal and regulatory watch, and providing advice to the parent company, Crédit Agricole, S.A. This position is based in New York and offers a salary range of $290-315K.

• Lead regulatory coverage of CACIB's activities in the U.S., ensuring compliance with U.S. banking and other regulations.
• Manage a team of attorneys in New York, coordinating with the head office and other regional hubs as needed.
• Advise management, business lines, and control functions on the permissibility of proposed activities, transactions, and investments under U.S. laws.
