Director - Compliance Coordination and Regulatory Affairs

Join CACIB Americas as the Director of Compliance Coordination and Regulatory Affairs. In this senior role, you will manage interactions with US regulatory agencies, coordinate regulatory examinations, and lead high-priority compliance projects. You will also build relationships with regulatory agencies and provide updates to senior leadership. This position requires a seasoned compliance professional with strong project management and communication skills. Salary range is $190k-$240k.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. regulatory agencies during examinations, inquiries, and ongoing supervisory activities, coordinating and managing end-to-end regulatory examinations.
• Partner with Internal Audit to coordinate compliance-related audit reviews, managing audit response processes, including deliverables validation and review.
• Lead and contribute to high-priority compliance projects and department-wide initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance program enhancements.
