Loan Syndication Analyst H/F

Join Credit Agricole CIB Spain as a Loan Syndication Analyst. You will support the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team in various activities related to Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT, and Leveraged loan distribution. Your responsibilities will include preparing syndication opinions, completing closing memos, assisting with presentations and reports, conducting market research, and coordinating the development of the Spanish investor base. You will interact closely with various CACIB origination teams, the loan investor base, and the rest of the loan Distribution team.

• Assister l'équipe Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) dans toutes ses activités, notamment en ce qui concerne le financement de projets, le financement immobilier, les prêts d'entreprise, TMT et la distribution de prêts à effet de levier.
• Préparer des opinions de syndication DAR, y compris la tarification et la structuration, en mettant l'accent sur les transactions liées aux pays hispanophones.
• Coordonner le développement et le suivi de la base d'investisseurs espagnole, en particulier en ce qui concerne les investisseurs non bancaires.
