Global Investment Banking - ECM and M&A Summer 2026 Intern

Join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Summer Intern in Global Investment Banking (GIB) for 2026. As an intern, you will work on a variety of transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM). You will have the opportunity to be involved in cross-border transactions and assist in advising, structuring, and executing equity offerings. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations, supporting financial model creation, conducting industry research, and drafting written documents. You will collaborate with teams located in Paris and across the U.S., Europe, and South America.

• Assisting in the origination and execution of all ECM and M&A transactions across all industry sectors.
• Preparing pitch book presentations for companies on topics including company valuation and financial analyses, equity and equity-linked alternatives, strategic transactions, capital allocation, among others.
• Supporting analysts and associates in the creation of financial models, conducting strategic analysis / industry research, and building company profiles.
