Head of IGE Methods and Support - Americas

Join our team as the Head of IGE Methods and Support - Americas. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining regional Internal Audit procedures, executing the annual Internal Quality Assessment, and providing guidance and training for regional auditors. You will also act as the Chief of Staff for IGE Americas, assisting with team member onboarding and office space coordination. This position offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $225,000.

• Maintaining and updating regional Internal Audit procedures, executing the annual Internal Quality Assessment, and providing guidance and training for regional auditors.
• Implementing IGE permanent control set-up and quality assurance program within the Americas hub, executing the annual control plan, and monitoring and testing controls.
• Coordinating the knowledge management process in the US, including the creation of a library of methodological memos/audit guides and dissemination of useful information.
