Head of Planning and Management Control

Join CA-CIB Americas as the Head of Planning and Management Control. In this role, you will oversee financial planning and reporting, operational management, and team leadership. You will coordinate monthly close meetings, manage quarterly forecasts, and produce the annual budget. Additionally, you will ensure proper monthly bonus accruals, process monthly closing entries, and serve as the key contact for CUSO Management. You will lead a team of 9 professionals across three locations and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration. Key internal contacts include the CA-CIB New York CFO, management reporting teams in Paris, US Management Committee members, and other finance teams. Salary range is $190K-$240K.

• Coordination of monthly close meetings and oversight of monthly P&L forecasts for ALM.
• Management of J-15 quarterly forecasts and coordination of the annual budget for Head Office.
• Leadership and development of a team of 9 professionals across three locations.
