RPC Senior Credit Analyst

Join our Securitization group as a Senior Credit Analyst. You will be responsible for processing credit requests and annual reviews, preparing independent analyses of borrowers and transaction structures, and presenting risk opinions to management. You will also coordinate with various Front Office teams, monitor sectors and portfolios, and contribute to risk committees and audits. The position offers a salary range of $150K-$190K.

• Preparation of the second level RPC opinion, including independent analysis of the borrower, transaction structure, term sheet, financial models, etc.
• Frequent interaction with the various Front Office teams to gather additional information concerning the client, discuss credit risk issues and mitigants.
• Active coordination with RPC HO to discuss the risk opinion, communicate credit issues and trend as appropriate, and act as an information relay to the local analysts.
