RPC - Vice President, Project Finance Credit Analyst

Join CA-CIB, a leading European bank, as a Vice President, Project Finance Credit Analyst. In this role, you will support Counterparty Risk Analysis for Project Finance in North and South America. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing credit applications, performing analysis of borrowers and transaction structures, drafting RPC Opinions, and coordinating with Head Office on credit proposals. You will also verify data accuracy in internal risk systems and respond to requests from Loan Review and auditors. The salary range for this position is $160K-$200K.

• Review credit applications for completeness and consistency with internal policies, and follow up with the Front Office as needed.
• Perform impartial analysis of the borrower, group, and transaction structure based on various documents and reports.
• Draft RPC Opinions, make recommendations in consultation with the Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, and structure.
