Vice President, Head of MO Support Trading Rates and FX, New York

Join our team as the Vice President, Head of MO Support Trading Rates and FX in New York. In this role, you will manage the Interest Rate Derivatives and FX Trade Support MO team, ensuring accurate trade capture, facilitating front to back trade processing, and safeguarding systems. You will also be responsible for team management, maintaining strong relationships with various departments, and participating in new product implementations. Additionally, you will ensure transactional integrity and accuracy of positions, investigate trade discrepancies, and manage trades' life cycle events. Regular reporting to management and proposing process improvements will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Team management and coordination between Front Office, Back Office, IT, and head office management.
• Ensure the transactional integrity and accuracy of positions across systems used by the IRD business line.
• Provide regular reports to management, propose improvements to streamline processes, and participate in business projects.
