VP, Business Manager for the Global and Repo Indexing in the Americas

Join our team as the VP, Business Manager for Global and Repo Indexing in the Americas. In this role, you will support the GRI business line in the U.S., working closely with trading desks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You will have a dual reporting structure, working with the GMD Business Manager for Trading locally and the COO for GRI globally. Key responsibilities include monitoring business performance, supporting business management and execution, ensuring governance and controls, coordinating with head office, and supporting governance and risk management activities. The salary range for this position is $140k-$175k.

• Support the monitoring of business performance, including revenues, balance sheet usage, and key financial metrics across Repo and Indexing activities.
• Act as the central coordination point between the GRI Trading desk and support functions (Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology).
• Support adherence to internal policies, risk framework, and regulatory requirements relevant to GRI Trading activities.
