About The Role

Join CACIB as a VP - RPC Credit Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in counterparty risk analysis, primarily focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecom industry in North and South America. Your responsibilities will include reviewing credit applications, performing impartial analysis of borrowers and transaction structures, preparing internal rating models, drafting RPC opinions, and making recommendations regarding exposure, ratings, and structure. You will also verify data accuracy in internal risk systems, respond to requests from Loan Review and auditors, and complete special assignments as needed. The salary range for this position is $160K-$165K.

Review credit applications for completeness and consistency with internal policies, and follow up with the Front Office as needed.
Perform impartial analysis of the borrower, group, and transaction structure based on review of term sheet, market study, financial model, legal due diligence, and research.
Draft RPC Opinions and perform thorough credit analysis, making recommendations in consultation with the Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, and structure.
