About The Role

Join CA-CIB, a leading European bank, as a VP - RPC Project Finance Credit Analyst. In this role, you will support Counterparty Risk Analysis, focusing on Project Finance in the Americas and certain corporate borrowers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing credit applications, performing impartial analysis of borrowers and transaction structures, drafting RPC Opinions, and making recommendations regarding exposure, ratings, and structure. You will also verify the accuracy of data in internal risk systems, coordinate with Paris on credit proposals, respond to requests from Loan Review and auditors, and complete special assignments. The salary range for this position is $150K-$175K.

Review credit applications for completeness and consistency with internal policies, and follow up with the Front Office as needed.
Perform impartial analysis of the borrower, group, and transaction structure based on review of term sheet, market study, financial model, legal due diligence, and independent engineer report.
Draft RPC Opinions, make recommendations in consultation with Sector Credit Officer regarding exposure, ratings, and structure.
