Recruiter

Join Rad AI as a Recruiter and play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing, mission-driven team. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting for various roles across different functions, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and promoting Rad AI's employer brand. This is an onsite role in our growing San Francisco office.

• Identifying and engaging the right candidates for various roles across different functions, including engineering, product, customer success, and operations.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Driving local recruiting presence, engaging with the local market, events, and networks to build a pipeline of candidates across all roles.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups
• Ability to prioritize and move quickly, managing multiple openings and stakeholders at once without compromising quality
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process
• Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions
• Ability to maintain strong data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership
• Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and bring a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes
