About The Role

Join Mondelez as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor on a temporary full-time basis. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, develop tailored recruitment strategies, build long-term talent pipelines, and participate in employer branding initiatives. You will also support French/English translation projects and ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, be bilingual in French and English, and have a deep understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines to support business growth and future needs, leveraging analytics and market knowledge.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company's culture and values, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience working in a fast-changing high-volume environment, ideally in food manufacturing
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • French / English bilingualism mandatory
  • A deep understanding of TA fundamentals including pro-active sourcing, candidate pipelining, and employer branding
  • Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, and selection
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and tracking KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process adherence
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS / ATS. Previous experience with Workday or Phenom would be an asset
  • Completed University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Excellent communications skills, a curious mindset, and digital and business acumen
  • Experience managing various stakeholders and delivering with action and urgency
  • Ability to travel throughout GTA
