About The Role

Join Mondelēz International as a Project Engineering Engineer. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute capital projects, ensuring adherence to Mondelēz standards and processes. You will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas, develop capital budgets, and support capital project execution. This position requires senior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Plan, develop, and execute capital projects, ensuring adherence to Mondelēz business and innovation processes.
Work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects.
Support capital project execution and be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards.
