About The Role

Join Connexity, a leading digital marketing technology company, as a QA Engineer in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our creator monetization platform, ShopYourLikes. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify issues early, improve test coverage, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, performing various types of testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvements in test processes and quality standards.

  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases and test suites for web applications and services.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution, and participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTTP, REST APIs, client-server architecture, and browser-based applications
  • Basic experience working in Linux/Unix environments and using command-line tools
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and regression testing
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to validate data across systems
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
  • Experience testing web-based applications and mobile applications in a fast-paced software development environment
  • 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
  • Experience testing cloud-based or SaaS applications
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and quality practices within modern software delivery processes
  • Experience with performance, load, or security testing tools
  • Familiarity with AdTech, eCommerce, or digital marketing platforms
  • Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash
