About The Role
Join our dynamic global technology company as a Senior Staff Accountant. In this role, you will support the month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the broader business, gaining exposure to a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key responsibilities include driving the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing internal financial statements, analyzing revenue and expense accounts, and assisting with audits and tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Partner with the Assistant Controller to drive the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of internal monthly financial statements, review and oversee intercompany balances, and analyze revenue and expense accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with external and internal audits and preparation of tax returns by compiling required documentation and preparing various schedules and support.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting systems; NetSuite experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced accounting environment with flexibility to take on new duties as needed amidst changing priorities
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel applications and formulas
- CPA or equivalent license preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
- 4+ years related experience in accounting or finance; public accounting or public company experience strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent
