Founders Associate - Partnerships & Growth

Join Coachello, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the learning and development industry with AI technology. As a Partnerships Manager, you will identify and engage potential partners, generate partnership opportunities, build partnership proposals, and conduct market intelligence. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced founders, and the potential for full-time hire.

• Identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with leadership development firms, sales training companies, learning consultancies, and boutique training providers.
• Conducting outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate partnership opportunities.
• Helping to create partnership business cases, supporting partner onboarding and enablement, and contributing ideas to scale the partnership ecosystem globally.
