About The Role

Join Coachello as a Marketing Manager and take ownership of demand generation and content strategy. This is a builder role where you will design and execute a marketing strategy that captures existing demand, nurtures future demand, and makes sales easier and more effective. You will work closely with sales, manage events, build content as a growth engine, own product marketing, activate the team and coach community, and lead and scale the marketing function. This is a key leadership role with direct access to founders and decision-making, a strong product, unique data, and real market pull.

  • Définir et exécuter la stratégie de génération de demande de Coachello, en connectant le contenu, le SEO, l'email, les événements et l'activation des ventes en un système cohérent.
  • Concevoir et exécuter des événements à fort impact (webinaires, tables rondes, conférences) en étroite collaboration avec les ventes, et s'assurer que les événements soutiennent à la fois la visibilité de la marque et la génération de demande.
  • Définir la stratégie éditoriale et les angles de contenu, en transformant nos données uniques en informations de haute valeur.
  • \>4 years of experience in **B2B marketing**, ideally in startups or scale-ups
  • French and English fluency
  • Proven experience owning **content, demand generation, or growth**
  • Strong writing skills and a clear point of view
  • Comfortable working hands-on while thinking strategically
  • Experience working closely with Sales
  • Curious, data-informed, and opinionated
  • Comfortable taking risks and being visible
