Bid Manager EMEA

Join our team as a Bid Manager EMEA, where you will be responsible for winning complex European tenders. You will manage the entire bid process, define the winning strategy, and coordinate stakeholders to create a compelling proposal. This strategic role will have a significant commercial impact and requires experience in bid management, strong project management skills, and fluency in English and French.

• Facilitating and refining the go/no-go decision-making process and win strategy together with Sales and management.
• Managing the entire bid process, including planning, governance, and deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders to create one integrated proposal.
• Translating complex input into a clear, commercially strong, and persuasive customer narrative, and defining win themes, positioning, and commercial choices.
