Information Security Officer

Join Planon, the global leader in building management software, as an Information Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the Information Security Management System (ISMS), translating regulatory requirements into actionable improvements, and supporting teams across cloud, product, and consulting in applying security in their daily work. You will also act as a central point of contact for security-related questions, audits, and escalations, and contribute to improving security awareness and consistency across teams and international entities.

• Maintaining and safeguarding the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring alignment with certifications and assurance reporting requirements.
• Translating regulatory requirements, including NIS2 and CRA, into practical and actionable improvements for the business.
• Supporting teams across cloud, product, and consulting in applying security in their daily work, and acting as a central point of contact for security-related questions.
