Inside sales specialist

• Provide daily sales support to Account Managers, including preparing quotes, managing renewals, and keeping the CRM accurate.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up between internal teams and customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Act as the operational point of contact for customers, taking co-ownership to build strong, lasting relationships.
