• Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive scorecards to drive commercial performance visibility.
• Deliver actionable insights on pipeline, funnel performance, forecasting, customer growth, churn, and expansion trends.
• Own KPI definitions and governance, ensuring consistent metrics, reporting standards, and data usage across teams.
