People Experience Partner/HR Associate

Join our People Experience (PX) Business Partner team as a People Experience Partner/HR Associate. In this role, you will support the PX Business Partner team across assigned business units, providing assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruiting, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and inclusion initiatives. • Support the PX Business Partner team across assigned business units, providing assistance in various HR functions such as onboarding, recruiting, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with PX Business Partners to help execute people strategies related to talent, resourcing, engagement, and culture in alignment with business priorities.
• Manage and support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive, consistent employee experience, and serve as a day-to-day PX resource for employee questions related to COEs.
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 1–2 years of progressive HR experience; prior experience in mid- to large-scale or matrixed organizations strongly preferred
• Experience using HR systems and working with data; tech-savvy with strong Google Suite and Microsoft skills
• Strong ethics and integrity, including the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information and materials
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Client service/relationship skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships across the team and employees
