As a Finance Manager, you will lead the accounting and controlling areas, collaborate cross-functionally, and be the main point of contact for external accounting firms and auditors. • Coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with external accounting firms, ownership of balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, tax compliance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Ownership of budget vs. actuals reporting, financial models, and forecasting, leading monthly budget reviews with department heads, and preparing KPI reporting for leadership and board meetings.
• Identification of opportunities to improve and automate finance processes using AI, elimination of manual work, and increasing efficiency through scalable workflows.
